Changing the Experience of Family Dispute Resolution: Collaborative Principles in the Courtroom, by Laura Fryer. This article first appeared in the November, 2010 edition of “Matrimonial Affairs”, the newsletter of the Ontario Bar Association’s Family Law Section.
