Diane Daly

Diane Daly has practiced family law exclusively for 20 years.   Her practice is confined to negotiating settlement.  She has been a Collaborative Family Law lawyer since 2003, a mediator since 1995, an arbitrator since 2008 and a collaborative practice trainer since 2007. 

In 2009, Diane participated in a workshop, designing a training curriculum in collaborative practice.

Diane works with other trainers, including lawyers, financial professionals and mental health professionals to provide interdisciplinary training in collaborative practice.  Most training is provided in two sections:  two-day Level I and three-day Level II.  Diane and the rest of the training team will adapt their training to meet the needs of the local practice group.  She is willing to travel to conduct training.

Diane is a member of the Ontario Collaborative Law Federation, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the ADR Institute of Ontario, the Ontario Association for Family Mediation, and Family Mediation Canada.  Diane is an active participant in Peel-Halton Collaborative Practice Group and member of the Hamilton-Halton practice group.  She volunteers as a Dispute Resolution Officer in Milton court, and is on the Milton court mediation roster.
