Our group of 17 professionals assists families to deal with separation and divorce through collaborative practice allowing for a more humane, dignified experience where couples are in control of the outcomes.

The agreement signed by all parties ensures that everyone agrees not to go to court or use the threat of court which reduces stress and costs for the families.

Couples are supported by specially trained lawyers throughout the process. They facilitate finding solutions in a collaborative environment of open discussion meetings. The necessary legal information to work through a separation or divorce is provided in a clear way that builds comfort and better understanding during the transition.

Family counselors work with families to increase so they are better able to understand and deal with emotional issues, helping the parties deal with all aspects of the family breakdown in a thoughtful and respectful manner. When it is helpful to do so, children also have a voice through child specialists to reduce the impact of changes within the family.

Financial Divorce Specialists act as true neutrals in assisting with the financial aspects of family dissolution. Couples are empowered with the proper information to make choices. Based on the needs of the individuals, education is provided on creating budgets, tax implications, and the use of future projections to understand the results and consequences of their choices.
